Typically ranked based on combination of results: Interview, written exam, and physical agility. The top tier continues on in the process.

Panel or individual interview with Battalion Chiefs or above.

Determines whether or not you will receive a “conditional job offer.”

Deep dive into your past
Report previous work experience, schools, references, etc.

Polygraph Examination
